RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Mr Neon™ manages returns and processes refunds in compliance with Australian Consumer Protection laws.

All of Mr Neon™’s LED Neon Signs are bespoke. Neon signs crafted by Mr Neon™ are eligible for return and refund provided they meet the following criteria:

RETURNS

Each Mr Neon™ creation is crafted from the ground up, tailored specifically for you. Given the bespoke nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind. Our policy strictly prohibits returns on any products, without limiting your rights and responsibilities under Australian Consumer Laws. Returns motivated by ‘change of mind’ are not accepted.

HARD WIRE INSTALLATION

Our neon signs are designed for low voltage use and are pre-assembled for straightforward “plug and play” installation. Please be aware that opting to hard wire the sign or alter the sign, wires, or accessories in any way will invalidate your warranty. Should you wish to hard wire the neon signs, we urge you to engage a professional electrician and not attempt the installation yourself. Be advised that any defects resulting from such actions are the customer’s responsibility.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We ensure each item is quality checked before it is meticulously packaged and dispatched to you. If your item is damaged upon arrival, do not use the product. Instead, we request that you take photographs and send them to support@mrneonsigns.com.au within 24 hours of receipt.

Should you suspect an error with your order or if you receive the incorrect items, please get in touch with us at support@mrneonsigns.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please be aware that our products are shipped and manufactured globally, which is not grounds for return. All designs are dispatched from Australia, supporting local employment and families.

Note that due to the custom nature of our neon signs, which are handcrafted to meet each customer’s specific requirements, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
