SHIPPING POLICY

We select our courier partners with care, including but not limited to Australia Post, Fast Way, DHL, and TNT Express, to ensure the best possible service. The choice of courier depends on the specifics of your order and your location. Delivery times can vary based on the requirements of the order, timeframes, and destinations. For urgent matters, please reach out to our Support team at support@mrneon.com.au for an estimated delivery timeframe.

Please be aware that once items are dispatched from our overseas or local warehouse, the responsibility for the goods transfers to the client. Mr Neon™ is not accountable for any parcels that are lost or damaged during transit.

NOTE: For international deliveries, it is the client’s obligation to cover all customs and duty charges in the destination country. While some shipments may not incur tariffs or duties, it’s advisable to verify any potential charges with the Customs service of the receiving country if you are uncertain about the costs of importing our products. Mr Neon™ bears no responsibility for these charges or for any shipment delays caused by Customs. Mr Neon™ will not issue refunds for items that fail to arrive by a specific date due to shipping delays.

DAP (Duty at Point) terms mean that the end user is responsible for paying any duties and taxes.

All invoices are issued in AUD (Australian Dollars). Mr Neon™ is not liable for any costs related to currency exchange, such as variations in exchange rates or fees charged by your bank or card provider.

RETURNS

Each Mr Neon™ piece is uniquely crafted from the beginning to suit your specific needs. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind. Our policy firmly restricts returns on any products, without limiting your rights and responsibilities under Australian Consumer Laws. We do not accept returns for items returned due to ‘change of mind’.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every item is thoroughly quality checked before being carefully packaged and dispatched. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please do not use it. Instead, we ask that you take photos and send them to support@mrneon.com.au within 24 hours of receipt.

Should you find that your order is incorrect or you have received the wrong items, please contact us at support@mrneon.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order.
